About Xiamen Usmile Printing – Your Custom Paper Packaging Manufacturer 

We are a Xiamen-based custom paper packaging manufacturer with in-house UV printing, die-cutting and sampling capabilities, supported by long-term partner workshops for structural design and prototyping. Since 2015 we've been helping boutique, beauty, wine and DTC brands turn their packaging idea into a shippable, cost-controlled structure - not a generic stock box.

- Rigid gift boxes: magnetic, drawer, flip-top, double-door, triangle/pyramid
- Corrugated: tuck-top mailers, auto-lock shipping boxes, counter display trays, bottle carriers
- Paper bags: die-cut handle, twisted handle, boutique kraft

Why work with us

1. Factory-direct production - UV printing and die-cutting done in-house, so print color, dieline tolerance and handle patch position are controlled at the source, not passed through a trader.
2. Low trial MOQ - 200–500pcs for most boxes, 500pcs for bags and corrugated. Test your market before committing to 5,000 units.
3. Fast sampling with video confirmation - blank sample free; custom printed sample in 3–5 days; we send assembly video and product-fit check before bulk production.
4. Stable raw material stock - greyboard and kraft base stocks held in regular inventory, so peak-season lead times stay predictable (bulk 10–20 working days).

How we work

Send product size (L×W×H) + artwork → we return dieline + 3D mockup → sample with video confirmation → bulk with QC photos before shipment.

We are not the cheapest option for 50,000 plain cartons. We are the partner when the box itself is part of your brand.
