Q: What's the difference between flush-fit and telescope lid?

A: Flush-fit means lid and base are the same height — sleek, minimal, common for jewelry and cosmetics. Telescope means the lid extends 2–3mm above the base — easier to lift off, better for taller products or foam inserts. Tell us your product height and we recommend the right fit.

Q: Can I get a sample before ordering bulk?

A: Yes. Blank structural sample is free (you cover shipping). Custom printed sample is $50–$80 depending on finish, produced in 3–5 days with assembly video and print proof for your approval before bulk.

Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

A: 200pcs for most sizes. Under 200pcs possible for plain kraft or white versions — ask us. Bulk lead time is 10–15 working days after sample approval.

Q: Can the lid and base be different colors or finishes?

A: Absolutely. Two-piece boxes are ideal for two-tone designs — lid in one color/foil, base in another; or lid matte + base gloss. We print lid and base separately so you have full creative freedom.
