Q: How smooth is the sliding action? Will the drawer fall out?

A: We spec a friction-fit tolerance of 0.5–1mm between sleeve and tray — tight enough that the drawer stays put during shipping and display, loose enough to pull with one finger via the ribbon tab. 

Q: Can I print on the inside of the drawer tray?

A: Yes. The inner tray front (visible when closed) and tray base are standard print surfaces. Many clients add a thank-you message, social handle or secondary logo inside. Full interior print is available — just include it in your artwork file.

Q: What ribbon options do you offer for the pull tab?

A: Satin (6/10/15mm), grosgrain (10/15mm), cotton twill (12/15mm). Colors matched to Pantone or your brand swatch. Ribbon can be single-sided (pull only) or double-sided (loop through the tray front).

Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
