A: Under 10 seconds per box, tool-free. The creases are pre-scored on our die-cutting machine — just tear the sticker, push along the fold lines and the box pops into shape. No assembly instructions needed. We include a 30-second assembly video with every bulk shipment.

Q: Do you offer recycled or FSC-certified paperboard?

A: Yes. We stock recycled kraft paperboard (brown and bleached white) and can source FSC-certified board on request. Eco inks and water-based varnishes available for fully sustainable packaging.

Q: Can foldable boxes be shipped flat to my 3PL or Amazon FBA?

A: Absolutely — that's the main advantage. Flat-packed units take up 70–80% less space than assembled boxes, cutting freight cost dramatically. We palletize or carton-pack flat units and ship directly to your warehouse, 3PL or FBA fulfillment center.

Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

A: 200pcs for most sizes and finishes. Under 200pcs possible for plain kraft or white versions — ask us. Bulk lead time is 10–20 working days after sample approval and print proof sign-off.
